Sophie is the Implementation and Involvement Manager and works across the HIN Insights team and the ARC South London Implementation & Involvement team.
In her role, Sophie supports the involvement of people with lived experience across a number of projects, as well as working to embed involvement at a strategic level. She also has experience leading service evaluations across south London.
Prior to joining the HIN, Sophie worked in acute and community settings in both service management and project management, with a focus on long term conditions and community nursing. She has a BSc in Medical Science from the University of Exeter and an MSc in Implementation and Improvement Science from King’s College London
