IREP Project- Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Palliative Care, King’s College London

The Inclusive Research and Education Practices (IREP) Project is a three-year project, begun in Autumn 2023, which aims to increase the diversity of research within the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Palliative Care at King’s College London. The project has three main aims:

1. To increase the diversity of researchers within the faculty.
2. To increase diversity in the research participants involved in faculty research projects.
3. To increase the diversity of PPI members engaged in faculty research groups.

Still in its early stages, the project will combine academic and professional services staff from within the faculty with lived experts to develop key aims and set objectives for achievement.
